Volunteer Opportunities

Since its founding, Nebraska Christian Schools has welcomed volunteers throughout the school year to help spruce up campus, set up and host events, and complete many projects.  Additionally, each summer the school plans a few volunteer work days to tackle major tasks and prepare the campus for the coming school year.  Volunteers in recent years have

  • Set up for, decorated at, and torn down after major events such as the Harvest Festival, Dinner and Benefit Auction, Festival of Lessons and Carols, Elementary Pancake Feed, Homecoming, and Elementary Musical
  • Manned booths at the Fall Family Carnival
  • Kept statistics at sporting events
  • Cooked or done dishes in the kitchen
  • Hosted dorm students on weekends when the dorms are closed
  • Worked on campus projects on school workdays (3 scheduled each summer)
  • Joined the Parent Teacher Fellowship
  • Recommended prospective students

These are only a few examples of the many ways volunteers have helped NC.  If you would like to volunteer your unique gifts and talents or to find out how you can get involved, please contact our Development Director.
