Junior High Boys to Participate in Barbershop Workshop
Five Nebraska Christian 8th Grade students will take part in the new All-State Middle Level Boys’ Barbershop Chorus, sponsored by the Nebraska Music Educators Association. Trevor Cumpston, Ryan Dexter, AJ Longoria, Ben Janssen and Jake Twogood have been chosen to sing with the 250-voice chorus. The boys will rehearse in Lincoln on Wednesday, November 19, and the day will culminate with a 4:00 p.m. concert at the Lied Center. The Pathfinder Barbershop Chorus from Fremont will be joining in this musical evening. The chorus will be directed by Adam Scott from Nashville, Tennessee.
