On October 15, the teams traveled to Brickyard Park in Hastings for the district meet. Both teams ended up in fourth place, just missing qualifying for state. Four runners qualified individually for the state meet because of their district finishes. Nolan Kohmetscher (3rd), Brennan Nokelby (4th), Katie Cumpston (3rd), and Alyssa Prettyman (4th) will run in the state meet at Kearney on October 23.

Assistant Coach Larry Hoff said, “We constantly thank God for the gift of running that He has given us, and we pray that we can continue to show honor and glory to God through our running.”
