NCS Foundation Awards Scholarships

The Nebraska Christian Schools Foundation recently awarded several scholarships. Endowments were established to create these scholarships.

The Mary & Victor Snell Memorial Academic Scholarships were awarded to two current NC students. This scholarship was established to support the integration of Christian Ideals and Christian Education by assisting Nebraska Christian Schools families with financial enrollment support. Mrs. Mary Ann Keeling, the Snells’ daughter, was on hand to present the scholarships at the Academic Excellence Celebration.

The Joe Hesselgesser UNL Scholarship was recently awarded to Wendy Bornmann. This scholarship was established to provide $75,000 to a 2017 Nebraska Christian Schools graduate who is planning to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to obtain a 4-year degree.

The Beth Knudson Scholarship was recently awarded to four current NC students. This scholarship was established to support the integration of Christian Ideals and Christian Education by assisting Nebraska Christian Schools families with financial enrollment support.
