Guidance Counseling
Nebraska Christian Schools maintains a rigorous college preparatory academic program to prepare students for the opportunities to further their education in a post-secondary environment.
It is our desire to assist students in understanding how God has made them unique and encourage them to walk faithfully with God after they leave NC.
The Guidance Office also administers the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT) to 11th graders (9th and 10th graders may also take for practice), the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Test (ASVAB) to 11th graders, and the PLAN test to 10th graders (9th graders may also take for practice). Three times a year, MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) testing is given to all Kindergarten through 10th grade students.
