World record holder Rich Jaworski invites you to drift aloft in the “Euphoria” over the Platte or Elkhorn River west of Omaha. Maestro Eric Knapp is creating a memorable evening of praise and worship to celebrate the 10th year of Nebraska Christian’s Festival of Lessons and Carols! You and three guests will be able to join the celebration by first sharing a catered meal with members of the orchestra, special vocal guests, and Eric himself. Day 12: Sunset Landscape Canvas Painting
Tori Swanson, a 2013 NC graduate, is a sophomore at Hillsdale College majoring in visual fine arts. After her first semester of oil painting, Swanson won “Best Painting” in the spring student show. Tori also won a Faculty Award in the fall semester show. In this 22″x30″ painting, Tori captures the beauty of a sunset near her hometown of Aurora.
Day 11: Fabulous Fishing Experience
Avid fisherman Darrin Brumbaugh will guide you through a half day of fishing you’ll never forget! You and a guest will start off your day at his home at Timbercove Lake with a sunrise breakfast to give you energy for reeling in your largemouth bass, white bass, and crappie.
